• We accept returns within 2 days of delivery, provided the product is:
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Not damaged by the customer
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)
• Products that cannot be returned: opened or used products (for hygiene reasons), and products purchased during sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order ID
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please follow the return process described above
